The intensive and critical care society of Nigeria is a non-profit, non-governmental association comprising of Critical Care Physicians, Anaesthetists and other doctors with interest in Intensive and Critical Care Medicine.

To promote and coordinate activities in the different fields of Critical Care Medicine
RECOMMENDATIONS
To provide recommendations for improving Critical care in Nigeria
RESEARCH
To foster research and education in critical care medicine
OUTREACHES
To organise and coordinate National and International congresses and meetings
As a society we will integrate stakeholders in critical care medicine including nurses with the aim of improving best practices and patent care. The executive committee lead by Dr. Babatunde Babasola Osinaike, is keen on establishing the society and ensuring the international community is aware of the growth of critical care in Nigeria. We are affiliated to the world Federation Society of Intensive and Critical Care Medicine.
